This website (trendify.media) is operated by Trendify Media, a content and growth agency based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Trendify Studios is our game development arm. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Trendify Media and Trendify Studios.
We respect your privacy and aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, such as when you:
- send an enquiry through our contact form (your name, email address, the service you're interested in and your message)
- email us directly
- work with us as a client or partner
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) in server logs for security and reliability purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We don't currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The playable teaser on our Studios page saves your best score in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. If we introduce analytics in future, we'll update this policy.
How we use your information

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website:
- Formspree processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States, so information you submit through the form may be stored or processed overseas.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you or to provide our services, or as required by law.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kai@trendify.media. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first at kai@trendify.media and we'll do our best to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
